Our partnerships with children, families and our community are at the heart of what we do. We cultivate a connected and responsive culture of trust, where relationships are at our core. We nurture and empower everyone to thrive, grow, experience joy and develop into confident and resilient individuals.

We are committed to providing a responsive warm and consistent learning environment that respects diversity and the needs of each individual. We are guided by the following five values:

• Partnerships – Our team values the importance of the relationships we form with our children, families, staff and community. Shared goals and open, honest communication create a welcoming, nurturing and inspiring environment that encourages a healthy and happier community.
• Play and Learning– Play connects children to their world, their cultural identities, and other ways of knowing, doing, and being. Children’s right to play is our collective responsibility. Our educators engage and facilitate this through play-based learning and inquiry projects that develop the children’s interests, are challenging, encourage autonomy and value the input gained from families and our community.
